Is There a FLANNELS Discount Code Right Now?
Yes. Until 23:59 on 2 November 2026, the Friends & Family code FF20 takes 20% off selected lines on the FLANNELS website and app. The promotion terms say it can't be combined with other offers, and it excludes a long list of brands, including Gucci, Prada, Moncler, Canada Goose, Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, Acne Studios, Coach, Ugg and Valentino. FLANNELS is a UK luxury fashion retailer, part of Frasers Group since 2017 (Frasers Group, 5 October 2026), with stores across the country and a full online shop. It stocks designer clothing, footwear, bags, accessories and beauty from brands such as Gucci, Prada, Burberry, Moncler and Stone Island, alongside contemporary labels like Represent, Cole Buxton and Axel Arigato.
What to Expect from FLANNELS on Black Friday
FLANNELS says to expect offers across designer clothing, footwear, bags and accessories, naming Gucci, Moncler, Stone Island, Burberry and Prada. It hasn't published discount levels for 2026 yet. For reference, in 2025 FLANNELS offered up to 90% off, plus a £100 gift card when you spent £500 (from our 2025 Black Friday review).

FLANNELS Returns Policy
- You have 28 days to return an item bought online.
- Returns cost from £4.99. Change-of-mind returns aren't free.
- Allow up to 14 days for your refund once the return arrives.
- Online orders, including Click & Collect, can't be returned to stores.
- Items must be unworn, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Underwear, swimwear and pierced jewellery can't be returned.

For discount codes, shop online. FF20 is valid only on orders made on the FLANNELS website or app (FLANNELS promotion terms), so it won't apply in store. FLANNELS doesn't publish a store-versus-online price comparison, so check the online price before you visit. Which? notes that more money is now spent online than in stores on Black Friday (Which?). Its latest Black Friday investigation (published 2025) tracked 175 deals from the 2024 sales and found all of them were the same price or cheaper at other times of the year (Which?).
